shipping policy
Products are made in batches to ensure freshness. There is an 8-10 business day processing time for all items. Shipping is a 2-4 business day service. Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius from Indianapolis, IN 46229.
Pick-up is available as well. 9846 E. 21st St
Hours are given in the Pick-Up email.
Shipping could be delayed beyond our control due to COVID 19 delays and current issues with the United States Postal Service. If your order will not deliver within the 8-10 business day window, communications will be sent to give the delivery date.
return & exchange policy
Thank you for your purchase with Ms. Nikki’s Butter. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has shipped. If a cancelation is made, there will be a 20% processing fee. If your order has already shipped, we can no longer issue a refund.
Ms. Nikki’s Hair and Body Beauty, LLC is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions.
Damaged or defective products may be returned. Email us MsNikkisButter@yahoo.com. Please include a photo image of the damaged or defective product, a new product or credit towards another product will be given at that time.
